These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Recovering Hipster website at recoveringhipster.us, operated by Recovering Hipster LLC ("Recovering Hipster," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or placing an order. By accessing our site, browsing our inventory, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory and Product Descriptions
Nearly everything Recovering Hipster sells is secondhand, vintage, and one-of-a-kind — once a specific item sells, it cannot be restocked in the same size or condition. We make every effort to describe each garment accurately, including honest condition grading, flat measurements, and clear photography, but minor variations in color due to photography and lighting, or small imperfections consistent with an item's age and described condition, are to be expected with vintage merchandise and do not constitute a defect. If a listing's description is materially inaccurate, our Return Policy applies.
Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailability of the item due to a processing delay, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. An order is not final and binding on us until we send an order confirmation email.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our site are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We do not charge sales tax on any order. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at the time of purchase; we accept PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal's checkout flow. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping and Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Recovering Hipster pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will work with you and the carrier to resolve packages that are lost or damaged in transit, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds

Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind, direct exchanges are generally not available; returned items are refunded to the original payment method or, where applicable, issued as store credit.

User-Generated Content
If you submit a product review, photo, or other content to our site, you grant Recovering Hipster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting our business. You represent that any content you submit is your own, truthful, and does not violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion, including content that is false, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

Accounts
You are not required to create an account to shop with us, but if you choose to, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
